什么是按键凸起？

按键凸起是用压鼓机将面膜层上的键体区域压起。此方法依据材料的自然特性和凸凹特性，有严格的温度和压力要求。

基本形式如下：

（1）框线凸起：开关边缘凸起的时候采用。

（2）平面凸起：整个开关都高于面板表面时采用。

（3）球凸：用于加工球形按键。

（4）框线凸起+球凸：不常用。

  有哪些优点：

（1）增进了薄膜开关外观的装饰效果。

（2）操作者的触觉比较敏感。

（3）准确给定键体的范围。

（4）提高辨认速度。

  重要的设计考虑因素有哪些：

（1）需要专用的模具机加工。

（2）用力过大会减少机械寿命（对于聚碳酸酯面膜来说机械寿命应能操作不少于10万次）。

（3）凸起的聚脂的极限温度为50℃。

（4）凸起高度应不超过材料厚度的1.5倍。

（5）平面凸起应距边缘最少3mm或 5mm。                      

（6）框线凸起的按键距离边缘最少5mm。
