弹片种类

注意：对于安装在印刷电路板上的薄膜开关，我厂将向您推荐一些特制的弹片。以下介绍了其中的几种：

按键的标准操作力等级为170,220,300和400克。如果需要的话也可以制作其他操作力等级的开关。如果您需要触头阻抗特殊的的按键，我们将考虑镀金。所有的弹片都由镀镍，银或金的不锈钢制成。

PCB1型：直径：(5.58mm到15.87mm)

           操作力：（170g到400g）

           行程：（0.23mm到5.08mm）

           所镀金属：0.2微米的镍或金。   

           使用寿命：超过5百万次（在最大操作力的情况下）

PCB2型：尺寸：(5.58mm×15.87mm)到（12.17mm×50.8mm）

           操作力：（230g到400g）

           行程：（1.27mm到5.08mm）

           所镀金属：0.2微米的镍或金。

           使用寿命：超过3百万次（在最大操作力的情况下）

PCB3型：尺寸：(5.58mm×4.19mm)到（12.17mm×10.16mm）         

 操作力：（230g到400g）

 行程：（1.27mm到5.08mm）                                

 所镀金属：0.2微米的镍或金。

使用寿命：超过3百万次（在最大操作力的情况下）

Note: for the thin film switch is mounted on a printed circuit board, our factory will recommend some special shrapnel. Here are some of the following:
